X-FLEX 9th General Meeting

The 9th general meeting for the X-FLEX project took place in Ljubljana and Ravne na Koroškem, Slovenia, between the 21st and 22nd of March 2023. As part of the meeting, a consortium of 11 partners from 5 countries throughout Europe met, with the objective of discussing project status and next activities for each pilot site and stakeholder.
The first day of the meeting started with a trip to Ravne na Koroškem, where Petrol prepared a tour through their P2H boiler installation and other district heating and cogeneration devices (CHP units, gas unit, waste heat unit, solar power plants). After the visit, Petrol also presented their district heating and ancillary service control room. In the afternoon, a meeting was held to fulfill the requirements of work package 7, which focused on demonstration activities of the project. The first day was then succeeded by a return journey to the city of Ljubljana.
On the second day, proceedings were conducted at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana. The day commenced with a meeting dedicated to Impact Assessment and Replication, as part of the comprehensive Work Package 8. Later on, another meeting was held, this time in relation to Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation of Activities, which falls under the Work Package 9.
