The STREAM project, coordinated by the Laboratory of Energy Policy (LEST) at the University of Ljubljana, held its 2nd Review Meeting on July 2–3, 2025, in Valencia, Spain. The meeting was hosted by project partner ETRA at the Fundación Universidad-Empresa de la Universitat de València (ADEIT).

The event brought together representatives from all consortium partners, as well as Mrs. Mariana Stantcheva, the Project Officer from CINEA, and Mrs. Debora Coll-Mayor, the appointed external reviewer. Several participants also joined remotely.

LEST was represented by Janez Gregor Golja, Jan Jeriha, Tamara Smolej, and Tomi Medved. The team actively contributed to the meeting by presenting the coordination activities, management of the Slovenian pilot site, and communication and dissemination efforts.

The first day was dedicated to internal rehearsals, where partners aligned on technical progress and prepared detailed presentations. The official review meeting took place on the second day, providing an opportunity to present the consortium’s achievements and future plans.

STREAM partners reported on key areas including project management, data infrastructure, local market design, demonstration activities, replication strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Live demonstrations of STREAM’s tools sDATA, sGRID, and sMART showcased technical progress and the project’s growing contribution to smarter, more flexible, and secure energy systems in Europe.

All comments and recommendations provided by the Project Officer and the external reviewer will be carefully considered and incorporated as the project moves forward.
