The partners of the OPENTUNITY consortium gathered for the fourth time in Granollers for a live meeting on 6-7 February. The meeting was hosted by the Spanish partner Anell (local DSO) at their premises. The meeting was attended by one member of our team – Janez Gregor Golja.
The initial day was dedicated to reviewing the progress made since the previous meeting in Ljubljana. During the presentation on WP4 innovations, Janez highlighted the advancements in T4.4 (Optimal selection algorithm) and outlined upcoming plans. Our focus will be on modeling and testing two forecasting algorithms for HEMS and EV fleets, promising an engaging journey ahead.
Following the presentations, Anell partners provided an engaging tour of their premises, offering insights into their rich history – starting as a fabric-making company and evolving to produce their own electricity through a hydro power plant in the north. Additionally, they showcased several intriguing ongoing projects. This marked the end of the official proceedings for the day, which culminated in a delightful dinner featuring local Catalan delicacies.
The second day revolved around pilot site workshops, where each site presented its current status and discussed data availability and other requirements with technical partners.
Beside LEST, the meeting was attended by representatives from 2 Slovenian partners: Kolektor SETUP and Amibit.
