EBENTO 1st Review meeting in Valencia, Spain
What: EBENTO 1st Review meeting
Where: ETRA I+D, Valencia (Spain)
When: 8th and 9th May, 2024
The first review meeting of the EBENTO project took place in Valencia on May 8th and 9th. All project partners from seven countries met for an introductory pre-rehearsal meeting, followed by a meeting with a Project Officer from the European Commission.
The main aim of the project is the development of a one-stop-shop platform for all actors involved in the building and renovation sector focusing on citizens as key players in the energy transition, to explore the best financing for users and enhance new savings in Energy performance contracting (EnPC).
The meeting started with an introduction of all the partners involved and their roles in the EBENTO project. This was followed by more detailed presentations of the results within each work package. LEST is actively participating in Performance-based Business Modelling and contributing to the research process and co-creation activities of the Definition and Inclusion of an Energy Performance Contract Type. We have been active in dissemination, communication, exploitation, and participation activities since the beginning of the project and will be involved in the impact assessment and re-implementation activities of EBENTO in the second half of the project.
All partners are on track to complete their assigned duties and achieve the intended goal.
The meeting was a success, with a few beneficial remarks from the Project Officer that will help to improve the implementation of all future activities of the EBENTO project.
