On 16 February 2023, the Annual General Meeting of the Slovenian Section of the IEEE was held at the Grof Restaurant in Vransko, which was also attended by two members of our Laboratory.
The initial part of the meeting consisted of presentations of the activities of the individual Sections, where the activities of the PES (Power and Energy Society) Section were presented by its Chair Jan Jeriha. Among the activities presented were the organisation of EEM 2022, a lecture by the visiting professor Nenad Uzelac from the USA, and a visit to the international conferences Enlit and ISGT. After the presentations, an informal part followed, where the participants had the opportunity to get to know each other better, to exchange experiences in their work, and of course to enjoy delicious food and drinks.
