I will always remember the summer of 2019 as a great summer, both on the professional and personal level. During my internship I worked on the project STORY. I studied the impact of the integration of photovoltaic panels and batteries in a Low Voltage network by performing simulations. I learnt a lot about distribution networks and discover new techniques to regulate the voltage.

Needless to mention that Slovenia is a magnificent country.  This summer was as well an opportunity to visit this country and the surrounding ones since Slovenia is strategically located.

I strongly recommend coming to work in LEST and living in Ljubljana, a charming and pleasant city to live in. I would like to thank one more time Assoc. Prof. Dr. Andrej Gubina and Mr. Jernej Zupančič, M. EE., for welcoming me, trusting me and sharing their knowledge and expertise. More generally I want to salute all the LEST team and my fellow co-interns for creating an enjoyable working atmosphere.
