I had the chance to do a 10-week internship at LEST during the summer 2018. It was an incredible experience that I would strongly recommend to everyone. First of all, the inhabitants of this country are very friendly and there is a lot to discover, both in the country and in the neighbourhood.

The work I did during this internship consisted of desk research and data analysis. Being in a sector where electricity and energy are studied in a technical way, this new point of view on the economic sector of the energy allowed me to obtain a more global vision of this field.

More specifically, I would like to thank my tutors Tomi Medved and Edin Lakić for the good advices they gave me, both professionally and hints to discover Slovenia and around. In a more general way, I would like to thank to all members of the laboratory, for their warm welcome and for the interest that they carried me throughout my internship. I am delighted to have been able to spend time with them.

So, it was a wonderful experience with a very friendly team in Slovenia.
