During my four-month internship at the Laboratory of Energy Policy, I started working on my master’s thesis on Energy Communities. It was a wonderful experience not only in terms of knowledge, but also on a human level, as it allowed me to immerse myself in cultures other than my own. In addition, the presence of other young interns at the laboratory, was an opportunity for me to make good contacts with them and we became friends. The entire team in the laboratory was always helpful and treated us like family.

For me, it was an excellent experience that I would gladly repeat and recommend. I plan to return to Slovenia shortly after finishing my university studies.
