Tomaž Oštir graduated at University of Ljubljana, Mechanical Faculty in 2006. In the Laboratory for energy policy he was working on project funded by 6th framework program. Later after graduation he was working in Solvera Lynx d.d.He was working at Central Allocation Office GmbH as ICT manager. His responsibilities covers implementation of the auctioning software for Central and Eastern Europe as well as strategic IT planning for auction office operation. He is currently employed at GEN-I d.o.o.
